Formative: can't log in or open an activity

Students log in to Canvas using Clever. They open Formative through Canvas Modules by launching the Formative assignment or quiz. Quick checks 1. Make sure the student is signed in to the correct Canvas account through Clever. 2. Have the student open the Formative activity from Canvas Modules (don't open Formative directly). 3. If it shows "not allowed" or won't load: log out of Canvas, log back in through Clever, and try the Module again. 4. If it still doesn't work: try again on a different device, or ask IT to check whether Canvas is blocking pop-ups or embedded content on that device. If you need IT, include: • Student name • Course, Module name, and the assignment or quiz name • The exact error message, and a screenshot • The date and time of the attempt
